SERVICE

Oravyo is a flight meta-search and comparison platform. We help users discover and compare flight offers from third-party providers. Oravyo is not an airline, travel agency, or ticket issuer unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific page.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.

The Service provides: • Flight search and fare comparison interfaces. • Links or redirects ("clickout") to third-party booking sites. • Editorial content such as blog posts and FAQs. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without liability. Fare displays are based on data supplied by partners and may contain errors, delays, or omissions.

When you select an offer, you leave Oravyo and transact directly with a third party (airline, OTA, or affiliate partner). That party’s terms, privacy policy, and pricing rules apply. Oravyo does not: • Issue tickets or collect payment for flights on behalf of carriers. • Guarantee fare availability, seat selection, baggage allowances, or schedule integrity. • Handle refunds, changes, or customer service for completed bookings unless we explicitly agree in writing. Always review final price, currency, fees, and conditions on the partner checkout page before paying.

You agree not to: • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of export or sanctions laws. • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data at scale without written permission. • Attempt to bypass security, probe vulnerabilities, or disrupt servers. • Misrepresent affiliation with Oravyo or our partners. • Use automated bots to manipulate search, attribution, or affiliate tracking. • Upload malware or interfere with other users’ access. We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement.

The Service, including logos, design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Oravyo or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORAVYO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ORAVYO IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (TYPICALLY ZERO FOR FREE COMPARISON SERVICES). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, LIMITATIONS APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oravyo from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise. You agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting support-oravyo@gmail.com before initiating formal proceedings. Courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming may have exclusive jurisdiction where permitted.
